With these simple tenets in mind, Central Coffee Co. was born. Bill and Suzy have been in Tracy since 2011. They have enjoyed watching Tracy’s downtown grow over the past decade into the bustling and exciting place it is today. In 2021, Suzy brought her love of art downtown by opening the local art studio, The Stained Canvas. Now Bill and Suzy want to share their love of coffee and good company by bringing Central Coffee Co. to Downtown Tracy.
